Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or suspend my membership for a short period of time?

You can cancel your membership anytime without penalty by logging into your account before the end of the month to update your subscription. You can also suspend your membership for up to 12 months at no extra charge by emailing wineclub@marquis-wines.com before month-end.

Can I change my package?


To change your monthly or quarterly package, log in and navigate to Club Memberships. There you can change your subscription plan, cancel, pause, or switch between delivery and pick-up.

When will I receive my wine? 

Shipments are sent around the 15th of each month and are usually received within two to five days. We will email you as soon as they are sent out.

Are there membership fees?

There are no membership fees! You can sign up, pause, and cancel a membership at no cost.

Can I request certain wines in my package?

Personalization is welcome. You can tailor your package by requesting specific wines and even add extras at discounted rates to ensure your selection perfectly matches your preferences.

How am I billed? 

Your credit card will be charged on the last day of each month for the following month's order. For example, you'll be billed on March 31st for April's package. Quarterly subscriptions are charged on the last day of February, May, August, and November.
