Vinyes Singulars 2021 Pim Pam Pink 750ml

Natural rosé wine from Ignasi Segui, the Catalan winemaker behind Vinyes Singulars. Enjoyable expression of the indigenous grape varieties of Catalonia for a successful and uncomplicated blend. Only the black Sumoll grape variety is macerated here before being blended with the others, hence this pretty color. Aged in stainless steel vats for maximum freshness, without added sulfur. A beautiful thirst-quenching wine welcome on all occasions, as soon as pleasure is required! 

A unique blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Malvasia de Sitges and Sumoll Blanc, Pim Pam Pink is a pink-ish skin contact wine with tonnes of personality. The aromatic varietals make this wine very enticing, with notes of pink citrus, white blossom and baking spices. A fantastic wine that creates a true experience, getting better with each glass. A versatile wine to enjoy on its own or pair with a  variety of dishes.
