A German-style Festbier brewed with different specialty malts along with a trio of European hops. Aromas of caramel drizzled biscuits, fresh-baked crusty bread, all complemented by a slight black pepper spice from the hop additions. This beer definitely lends way towards being a more malt-forward beer on the palate with a gentle hop bitterness on the back end with the intention of making this beer extremely drinkable. Prost!
