Terreno 2019 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sillano 750ml

Sillano is a site located in the newly minted Montefioralle UGA subzone. Vintner Sofia Ruhne's 2019 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Sillano (made with certified organic fruit) shows some light tertiary definition with dried fruit, sweet earth and something heavier that reminds me of persimmon or orange marmalade. The wine is softly textured, and the acidity is quite mild. This is a 4,000-bottle production.
