Tapatio Blanco Tequila - a back-bar stable, but not as you know it. This special edition of the classic tequila has been bottled at a higher strength of 110 proof (55% ABV), which has given it a punchier flavour profile, boosting the vibrant agave and peppery notes.
Nose Savoury notes up front with baked earth and cooked agave, soon joined by flamed orange peel and raspberry eau-de-vie.
Palate A big rush of earthy spices as it opens, followed by hints of ripe red apple and vanilla pod.
Finish Drying, slightly flinty, with a touch of oily walnuts.
