The 2020 Lambrusco di Sorbara Leclisse is lifted and floral with nuances of strawberry, savory spice and incense. Its silken bubbles are quickly firmed up by a mix of salty minerals and acids, as citrus-tinged orchard fruits add further tension through the medium-length finale. The Leclisse is produced by the Charmat method, and it spends three months resting on the lees prior to bottling.
