Saraziniere 2020 Pouilly Fuisse VII 750ml

The Domaine's first Pouilly-Fuissé vintage, VII is a blend of small plots, all located in the town of Fuissé. They complement each other to produce a great wine. Manual harvesting, 12 to 18 months of aging, careful pressing and fermentation with native yeasts give a dense, fatty and round juice which can accompany white meats and fish.
