What a fresh and elegant Cotes-du-Rhone this is, with bright raspberry, sour cherry and candied orange aromas. Excellent balance of ripe red fruits, fine tannins and lively acidity on the focused palate. Long, surprisingly mineral finish. A cuvee of wines from Vacqueyras, Rasteau, Roaix and Seguret. Mainly grenache and syrah with a bit of mourvedre and carignan. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.
