These grapes were harvested by hand from Barrancas, Maipu in Argentina. Almost half the wine is aged in American Oak for 8 months, which gives the wine added structure. Clean and fruity on the nose. Plums and quince aromas with a touch of balanced oak. Blackberry and licorice fruit notes on the palate. Rich and longer than expected finish with smoky accents of vanilla and more oak.
