Le Gin De Christian Drouin Pira 700ml

Christian Drouin Pira Gin is a new gin recipe created by the House of Drouin that continues to explore the aromatics of the Normandy region.

In this new edition, the pear is at the center of the recipe. A variety of Norman pear, called Domfront, is associated with juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper and iris root, the flower that once formed the roof of Norman cottages.

Pira is made according to the same principles as Christian Drouin’s Gin: each herb is macerated and redistilled separately to optimize the extraction of aromas. The distillates are then blended before bottling.
