Foxtrot 2021 Estate Pinot Noir 750ml

The hallmark depth and elegance of the oldest vines on the Foxtrot Estate is evident on the nose and in the tension between dark and light fruit. On the palate a dusty minerality yields to a creamy and rich mid-palate with flavors of currant, red cherries, and herbal anise undertones.  Subtle flavours are encased in a delicate oaken spiciness. The flavor of nutmeg and the texture of crème brûlée are bound in savory tannins that persist through a long finish. Deeply complex, this wine will take five to ten years of aging before all its layers come to the fore.
