A beautiful effort from this estate, the 2023 Rosé is based largely on Cinsault but has 20% each of Syrah and Grenache, with 10% Mourvèdre. It's one of the richer, more rounded, textured rosés I've tasted from them and has a beautiful nose of wild strawberries, white flowers, and white peach notes in a medium-bodied, balanced package. It has an almost Côtes de Provence-like chalky, salty mineral character on the finish, and it's a first-rate rosé.
