Tart peach, quince, green almond, and honeyed flower notes all emerge from the 2019 Hermitage Les Diognières Blanc, a medium-bodied, rich, nicely concentrated Hermitage Blanc. It has terrific balance, plenty of mid-palate density, and is just a classic white from the fabled hill. Drink it over the coming 15-20 years.
