Elio Filippino 2021 Rosso Gentile 750ml

Soft, full-bodied, semi-dry red wine. Fine nose with juicy aromas of dark (forest) berries and notes reminiscent of (Piedmont) cherries. The cuvée appears in the glass with a dark cherry red with slight violet nuances. Smooth and balanced in taste, well-balanced ratio of a fine acidity and a pleasant sweetness; medium-long finish.

Goes well with: strong cheeses, pasta with dark, spicy sauces or grilled meat.
