This very old grape variety from Touraine produces a rustic red wine that can be enjoyed with patience.

Full-bodied and generous with powerful notes of morello cherries, it deserves to be aged for at least 2 years before being consumed.

Serve at 13/14° with game and good winter dishes in sauce.
