Tasting Note:

On the nose you'll discover apricot, pear, lemon zest and white peach- the palate explodes with Meyer lemon cantaloupe, and green apple. Fermented and aged in 100% concrete, this Chardonnay is fresh, crisp and mineral driven. Great texture with a creamy mouthfeel. Fleshy white peach, green apple and candied lemon frame the nose of this zesty Chardonnay. The palate is high-toned and structured with juicy stone fruit, lime and herbal notes, finishing soft with a pleasant and subtle creaminess. Absolute perfection when paired with Sushi! Also try with Butter Chicken or some BBQ shrimp skewers.
