The 2021 Mezcla Tinta Matorral Chileno is a blend of 60% Garnacha, 30% Cariñena and 10% País, and spent 10 months in foudres. Purple in color. The nose presents sour cherry and elderflower with clear herbal notes. Juicy with heightened, delicate freshness, it’s vibrant at the back of the mouth, and a fruity aftertaste follows the lengthy finish. An unusual flavor profile for Chile.
