Holiday Shipping Policy: Important Info About Canada Post Strike & Christmas Delivery Deadline

Recipients in Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond are NOT affected by the strike. The delivery deadline to arrive before Christmas has passed. Orders placed after December 16th will be delivered on a best-effort basis, meaning there is a chance that your order may arrive after December 25th.

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check recipients' availability, shipping addresses, and contact details. Couriers are experiencing higher-than-normal seasonal volumes due to the Canada Post strike spillover effect.

If Your Delivery Area is Served by Canada Post:
If the correct shipping amount is not paid at checkout, we will contact you with the following options:

1. Private Courier Delivery

  • We can arrange delivery through a private courier service.
  • The additional cost must be paid before the order is dispatched.
  • Please select "$35 - Regular Shipping to All Other Locations" at checkout and NOT "Free Shipping."

2. Hold Your Order

  • We can hold your order securely until the Canada Post strike is resolved.
  • The shipping date is currently unknown, but we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

3. Cancel and Refund Your Order

If neither of the above options works for you, we can process a full refund for your order.
