Beringer's 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley is the first to include fruit from all three of the company's Knights Valley properties. Marked by youthful vanilla and gentle cedary notions over a base of ripe cherries and cassis, this medium to full-bodied effort comes across as being a bit edgy and tannic still, finishing bright and tart.
